The initial step when starting to work with a new customer in the system is to open an account for the customer and enter his company data in the account portal. In the account portal the user will be able to manage his online presence including building sites for web, mobile, tablet and Facebook, managing his social and marketing activities, manage his Ecommerce store and optimize results
There are two ways to create a new account :
Using the
New button under the
Accounts tab or using the
New button under the
Sites tab and choosing
from a New account
Go to the
Accounts tab and click on the
New button on the top left corner
Next set the login details for the customer including username, password and user role and click on
Create

Due to the multi-tiered management functionality in Camilyo, we differentiate between managers roles on an instance level and end user roles on a portal level. The levels indicate the management environment in which the specific role has access to and permissions to take actions on the instance/account
All accounts with instance level role can work on behalf of any account with end user role (impersonate). The roles vary based on the level of permissions they are given: Administrator, Manager, Operator
These roles provide
permissions to different sections of the Camilyo online management portal. It
does not provide access to the instance administration panel.

the level of permissions they are given: Customer, Power Customer, DIY Customer
In Camilyo you manage your customer's company data in a centralized area, to be populated in all the sites created in the account. If needed (for example in the event of moving to a new address) a change in the appropriate record will populate the updated info across all sites
Fill in the customer business data, i.e. logo, company name, contact details and social media links in the relevant fields and click
Next
Next you'll need to choose the apps you would like to activate in the customer account
For example for enabling the option of creating cross platform sites, place your cursor on
Sites, click on
Activate, set the activation end date and click on
Update
If you want to edit the app settings, place your cursor on the app, click
Configure and change
For unsubscribing from an app, click on the
X button and then click
Yes in the pop up window
Once done click on
Finish
Access the login page using your instance URL or using
manage.camilyo.co
Enter your username and password and click on
Login
