Camilyo Logo

All sites created using Camilyo are optimized for search engines by default. In addition Camilyo allows you to set SEO tags in order to increase your visibility on search results. You can set the SEO settings for your site on two levels: site level and individual pages level
On the site level you can add page aliases, which are alternative URLs for pages on your site (for redirection purposes). A page alias can be used for example for a page that has been removed, so that users trying to access the old address will be redirected to your new website

In order to add a page alias, go to the site settings by clicking on Properties > SEO (from the bottom right management panel). Next click on the + button next to the Page alias box
page alias list
In the pop up window, you need to set the page alias that will be redirected, and choose the page from the new Camilyo site you'd like to redirect to from the drop down menu. Enter the new alias in the Alias field, keeping the “/” in place (for example “/index”) for a page with the same domain as the new site, or use the entire URL of the old site if the domain is different
add page alias
Once you're done entering all the alias names of your pages, click Apply to save the list
On the page level you can set SEO tags for each page, including title, description, keywords and Sitemap priority. You can use the business data you entered in the account portal, by entering CMS macros in the fields. For example, use the CMS:comapnyname macro for the Home page SEO title, that will take the company name from the account data and implement it automatically in the page SEO title

You can instruct search engines not to crawl specific links on your pages, by assigning them a “nofollow” attribute in the link settings, as follows:
In the link settings box (both for HTML text and titles) link settings box.JPG, click on the link options button list options button.JPG

In the link settings popup that opens, check the box next to “Use rel=nofollow”
link settings
Next close the popup window and save your site. Repeat these actions for all the links you're interested not to follow
